Our property is located in the tiny village of Lovrinići in the heart of Istria. It enjoys 8000m2 (two acres) of land and a unique position in the village that gives you the privacy and quiet you are hopefully after.

House comprises three terraced apartments, each with private entrance and outdoor space with table and chairs. Two of the apartments (Lijevi and Desni) are for holiday lets and the third one is where we live.

From the apartments’ courtyard few steps lead to the communal area with big table, bbq and the pool. All is surrounded by meadows and woodland. Daybeds and loungers are scattered around the property so you can find your own perfect spot for relaxing.

The two acres of land are organised into 5 terraces or levels connected with stone steps and pathways.

When we are at home, we will be more than happy to help should you need any advice in planning your day of exploring Istria.

Closest stores and coffee shops are in Žminj or Pazin (both about 10km away). There are many excellent restaurants nearby and we will only be too happy to give you recommendations when you are here. We will also help you with planning your days of exploring Istria as needed.

Bedlinen, towels and cleaning are included.
